THE CUSTOMS FREE ZONE: Smooth passage for good business
The new Customs Free Zone at Suvarnabhumi is one major reason that THAI Cargo is poised to become the cargo hub for the region. With the entire international terminal located within the Customs Free Zone, all cargo will be permitted free and easy movement, where it will be exempted from further taxes or customs duties.

EXPRESS CARGO: No delay, no worries
Because every minute counts with your express cargo, THAI Cargo has designed facilities and processes to maximize efficiency and eliminate delays. Our Express Center offers 6,000 square meters of dedicated space designed to move your express cargo with the priority it deserves. All express cargo is transferred with a special belt transfer or pallet transporters to enable cargo movement without lifting - to prevent damage and for faster handling. From these, your express cargo is quickly sent out for boarding.

CUSTOMER AIRLINES CARGO: Treated like family
THAI, allied airlines, and customer airlines cargo is handled at a dedicated facility. Our special state-of-the-art equipment includes not just standard X-ray machines and explosive tracing devices, but also two large X-ray machines which can scan through metal containers with thickness up to 20 centimeters and are wide enough to scan the entire Unit Load Devices or ULD allowing us to save time and leave your cargo intact. Thirty four special cool rooms in the facility can keep whole containers at pre-set temperatures if needed.

PERISHABLE CENTER: Keeping your cargo fresh always
All perishable goods are transported directly to the Perishable Center in order to keep them fresh at all times. The Center covers an area of 10,000 square meters of flexibly divided, precise climate-controlled space and triple-layered doors to prevent temperature fluctuations. The temperature inside the Center is kept constant and cool around the clock. THAI Cargo has six special cool rooms which can be adjusted from 5 to -20 degrees Celsius, and these rooms are large enough to accommodate pallet transporters, making storage and retrieval faster. Additionally, our specialized temperature-controlled transfer vehicle has a capacity of 22,000 cubic meters, enabling it to retrieve any temperature-sensitive cargo while keeping it cool during transfer to the aircraft.
All cargo is thus quickly and accurately processed, sensitively handled, and safely stored until transfered to aircraft for loading, or picked up by their consignees. Retrieval is quick and assured through our computerized tracking system, which keeps track of all identity and relevant information for every item of cargo in our facility.

The best facilities for the best care
All facilities at THAI Cargo benefit from modern equipment and techniques, and are operated by highly-trained personnel who  take your cargo as their first priority. In our storage facilities for customer’s cargo, the use of Elevated Transfer Vehicles (ETV) assures maximum efficiency. These ETVs effectively and safely manage your cargo until it is transferred to its outbound  flight. Additionally, pallet transporters eliminate the need for using a forklift for additional cargo safety. The ETV storage facility has a capacity for 522 containers, up to       7 tons each, enabling us to handle all your cargo of any size.
Inbound and transit cargo is sent to safe storage using our computerized Automatic Storage and Retrieval System, or AS/RS, which uses a barcode tracking and inventory system to keep accurate track of your cargo. This system reduces the risk of inventory error and minimizes cargo transfer time.

THAI Cargo can also handle all kinds of special-need cargo:
- Dangerous cargoes can be handled safely and securely in special areas which are large enough for an entire pallet transporter-reducing handling and the risk of accidents.
- Valuable goods can be transported to our security cages, monitored constantly by cameras and security staff.
- Automobiles can be professionally handled by our well-trained staff  who can take care of all kinds of car from sport, luxury and production cars.
- Even live animals are no problem. They will be  handled with special care and attention by our staff to minimize stress in our special Live Animal Storage area.
- Etc.
