THAI and THPD Sign MOU on Logistics and e-Commerce R&D
Mr. Suvadhana Sibunruang, Executive Vice President, Aviation Business Units, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), represented THAI to sign the memorandum of understanding (MOU) on research and development of logistics and e-commerce with Mr. Peera Udomkitsakul, Managing Director, Thailand Post Distribution (THPD), at the THAI Head Office. Witnesses were Air Chief Marshal Chaiyapruk Didyasarin, Chairman of the Rehabilitation Planner, Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron, Acting THAI President, Mr. Kalong Subsaart, Chief Operations Officer, and Acting President, Thailand Post Company Limited, Sqn. Ldr. Aniruth Sangrit, THAI Executive Vice President, Operations Department, and members of the management team from both parties.
The purpose of this MOU is for THAI and THPD to collaborate in research & development on logistics and e-commerce, in order to utilize resources and networking of both companies for capability maximization. The partnership covers international and domestic vaccine deliveries, and a complete logistics management: retrieving, stocking, packaging, delivery, and distribution. Furthermore, it will develop its e-Commerce, digital platforms for product distribution and future partnership of both companies which aims to jointly raise customer satisfaction and the standard of domestic services.
