Thai Airways Welcomes TAFA Delegation for Strategic Dialogue on Air Cargo Capabilities
Ms. Veera-anong Pookgaman, Head of Cargo and Mail Commercial Department, alongside the management team of THAI Cargo, welcomed Mr. Phot Thiamtawan, Chairman of the Thai Airfreight Forwarders Association (TAFA), and the association's executive committee for a strategic meeting to discuss lines of cooperation and address industry challenges.
The meeting was held at the reception room, 6TH floor of the THAI Operations Center (OPC) at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The meeting was marked by a constructive exchange of perspectives and a shared vision for fostering industry collaboration, reflecting the shared goal of both organizations to drive the air cargo and logistics sector forward.
During the session, the Cargo and Mail Commercial Department reaffirmed THAI's readiness as a leading carrier to collaborate closely with TAFA in driving mutual business growth. Both parties emphasized the importance of this partnership in enhancing air cargo efficiency, overcoming logistical constraints, and reinforcing Thailand’s position as a regional aviation logistics hub.
